It was nice to speak with you today. As discussed my Dad Norm, who passed way a few years ago was a Master Aircraft Builder. He built many RC aircrafts and I have two of them that I would like to find a good home for as I do not fly and am losing the storage I have for the planes. The two planes I have are the Douglas DC-3 Hawaiian Air RC & RC Phaeton Bi-Plane. Both aircraft have been flown a few times. I have manuals for both planes which include the original plans etc. Both planes are in excellent condition and are ready to fly. The wing Span on the Phaeton Bi-Plane is 70". The wing Span on the Douglas DC-3 Hawaiian Air is 82 1/2". Both planes have electric motors. I think $ 1000.00 for the Douglas DC-3 Hawaiian Air and $750.00 for the Phaeton Bi-Plane would be a good starting point. If the club or one of it members wants both planes I would sell them both for $1500.00. Any help in finding a good home for these planes would be appreciated
I can be reached on my cell at 604-889-8701
Please let me know if you would like more pictures and I will send them.
Thank you kindly for your help in my quest to find a good home for these special planes.
