I have a wonderful Vertical Take Off and Land (VTOL) aircraft that you might have seen me flying at the field: Eflight "Convergence".
It uses 3 motors for hover takeoff. For forward flight the front 2 tip forward and the rear one turns off. Takes off with no need to put hand on right stick since it's so stable.
Has four modes: hover with leveling, hover with no leveling (can be flipped), forward with leveling, forward without leveling.
Transitions to forward flight and back to hover are all automatic.
Super stable in forward flight with and without leveling.
In forward flight can hover nose up, using differential forward motor throttle, differential motor tilt, and combined motor tilt.
Cost new with taxes: $370.
Will sell for $150. (Was $250).
